摘要
通过对铝酸钠溶液浓度、硅量指数及分解率、分解温度、通气速率与碳分时间、反应温度与pH值、老化时间和干燥过程等影响拟薄水铝石胶溶指数因素进行分析,得出了提高拟薄水铝石胶溶指数比较合理的工艺条件。
The paper analyses the factors which impacts dispersion index of pseudo boehmite, such as the concentration of sodium aluminate liquor, silicon index, decomposition rate, decomposition temperature, aeration rate, velocity, reaction temperature, pH, aging time, drying process etc, and points out the more reasonable technic condition to improve dispersion index of pseudo boehmite.
