摘要
介绍了某机械厂台车式热处理炉节能技术改造的经验及效果。采用高速调温脉冲式烧嘴、新型炉衬结构及区域自动密封系统对热处理炉进行了改造,满足了该炉高温和中低温多用热处理工艺需要,解决了炉体保温和密封不严等难题,降低了能耗,提高了产品合格率,节能效果显著。
The experience and result of energy-saving technical modification on trolley heat treatment furnace in Hengcheng Machinery Factory are introduced in the article. The transformation is conducted by adopting high speed temperature-regulating pulse burner, new liner structure and extent automatical sealing system, which meets process demand of high temperature and middle and low temperature multiple heat treatment, and improved the furnace temperature preservation condition and solved the problem of leakage from sealing joint. It is not only reduced energy consumption, but also increased the pass rate of products. The result of energy conservation is obvious.
