摘要
本文介绍了对已中毒失效的钠离子交换树脂,通过使用一定浓度的盐酸进行浸泡、再生,来恢复钠离子交换树脂交换容量的工艺方法。此法解决了树脂交换能力差影响循环水水质的问题,同时节约了运行成本及更换新树脂的费用。
This article describes the technical ways to restore the exchange resin capacity , which used the invalid toxic Na-ion exchanging resin to be soaked by the certain salinity hydrochloric acid to reproduce and further restore the exchange resin capacity . This way show us the resolution that quality of circulating water affected by the weak resin exchanging capability, also save the manufacture spend and cost about resin renewing.
