摘要
学术文化是学术思想、学术信念,它对学术的影响无处不在。学术文化对大学教师在价值取向、思维方式与精神状态等方面潜移默化地发挥着作用。因此,需要建构一种追求真理、自由宽松、遵守学术道德的学术文化,以促进学术的健康发展。
Academic culture, composed of concepts and faith, plays a subtle and critical role in teachers＇ value orientation, way of thinking, and state of mind. Therefore, the author suggests that a truth-seeking, free and ethical academic culture be constructed in an effort to promote sound development of academic atmosphere,
