摘要
20世纪中期以来的新修辞学理论代表了修辞学的当代复兴,它的本质性理论前提与后现代主义有着密切的联系,它与后现代主义理论之间有一种相互借用、相互激发与相互促进的关系。从五个方面分析了新修辞理论的主要观点,并一一阐述了其后现代主义特征。后现代主义的新修辞学正日益成为一种极具解释力的修辞研究范式。
New rhetoric theory since the middle of 20th century represents the contemporary renaissance of rhetoric. Its key theories are closely related to postmodernism. They refer and enrich to each other. This paper analyzes the major viewpoints of new rhetoric from five aspects and discusses their postmodernist characteristics. It holds that the postmodernist new rhetoric is developing into a more interpretative research paradigm of rhetoric.
