摘要
某船用齿轮传动装置在齿轮辐板上添加阻尼层以达到减振的目的,为准确了解此种结构齿轮的固有振动特性,分别计算自由状态、刚性支撑、柔性支撑3种情况下齿轮的振动特性,计算结果和理论分析表明,采用柔性支撑边界条件更符合实际振动情况。
The outer damping material on the gear face was adopted to reduce vibration and noise effectively of the gear-transmission system for a ship. In order to investigate the vibration characteristic of this kind of gear, modal analysis was carried out under the conditions of free vibration, rigid supports and elastic supports alternatively. Numerical results showed that the elastic supports vibration is better agree with real situation.
