摘要
船舶自动识别系统(AIS)在保障船舶航行安全和保护海洋环境方面发挥的作用受到航海界的认可,但在安装使用中仍然存在着不足,列出了一些具有代表性的问题,有些属安装、数据维护方面的,有些是设备系统本身需要完善的问题,对这些问题提出解决办法和改进建议。
The automatic ship identification （AIS） system plays an important role in guaranteeing safe voyage of ship and in the security protection of the marine environment, but problems and shortcomings also exist in its installation and operation. The typical problems are enumerated, some of them duo to installation or data maintenance, the other are to be improved for the equipment and system. Through analysis, solutions and recommendations are set forth to these problems.
