摘要
借鉴国际上关于游艇活动范围的一般规定,结合天津港及游艇船型实际,利用数学模型计算分析大型船舶的船行波对游艇安全的影响规律,给出游艇活动水域范围。结合水域通航安全管理实际,提出保障游艇活动水域通航安全的主要措施与建议。
Using for reference of international common stipulation of yacht sailing territory and considering the reality of Tianjin harhour and the yacht type, the influence of the travelling wave of large vessel upon the navigation safety of yacht was analyzed by a mathematic model, to propose the safe water area for the yacht. Combining the practice of navigation safety management, the main measures and suggestions to safeguard navigation of the yacht were put forward.
