倍美力软膏联合苦参凝胶治疗老年性阴道炎疗效观察

Evaluation on Therapeutic Effects of Premarin plus Gelatin Kushen in Senile Vaginitis

目的研究倍美力软膏联合苦参凝胶治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法将67例老年性阴道炎患者分为对照组34例和治疗组33例,对照组采用倍美力软膏治疗,治疗组采用倍美力软膏联合苦参凝胶治疗,治疗后7d和治疗后30d进行疗效评价。结果治疗组治疗后7d和治疗后30d的疗效与对照组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者均无不良反应出现。结论倍美力软膏联合苦参凝胶治疗能提高老年性阴道患者的治疗效果,安全有效,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Premarin combined with gelatin Kushen in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods Totally 67 cases of senile vaginitis were randomly divided as control group （n=34） treated with premare, and trial group （n=33） treated with premare combined with gelatin Kushen. The therapeutic effect were evaluated 7 days and 30 days after treatment. Results There was significant difference in effective rate 7 and 30 days after the treatment between the trial group and the control group （P〈0.05）. No adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion Premare combined with gelatin Kushen was effective and safe in the treatment of senile vaginitis, being worthy to be popularized.
