超短波配合药物治疗外科浅部软组织感染疗效观察

Effects of Ultrashort Wave with Drug Therapy On Superficial Soft Tissue Infection

目的探讨超短波配合抗生素治疗外科浅部软组织感染对加速感染痊愈的影响。方法外科浅部软组织感染患者60例,随机分为两组,治疗组及对照组各30例。两组患者均给予常规抗生素治疗,治疗组同时进行超短波治疗。结果治疗10d,治疗组的疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超短波配合抗生素治疗外科浅部软组织感染,可以有效加速感染痊愈,治疗效果较好。

Objective Discussion on effects to speed up recovery of ultrashort wave with antibiotics therapy on superficial soft tissue infection. Methods A total of 60 patients with superficial soft tissue infection were randomly divided into two groups, the trial group and the control group, with 30 in each. The patients in both groups were given conventional antibiotic treatment, and those in the trial group were given additional ultrashort wave at the same time. Results With 10 days of treat-ment, the cure rate and the total efficiency in the trial group was significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ultrashort wave with antibiotics therapy can effectively accelerate the recovery for superficial soft tissue infection, with a good effect.
