中国不同城市社区卫生服务机构工作开展现况调查

Survey on Status of City Community Health Service in China

目的了解我国不同地区社区卫生服务机构发展状况,为国家制定社区卫生服务政策提供依据。方法运用分层整群随机抽样方法,按照经济区域划分标准抽取5个地区的40个社区卫生服务机构,采用问卷、知识及技能测试、管理者访谈等形式进行调查。结果北京、江苏和四川的信息化管理开展较好。除宁夏未开展瘫痪病人护理外,其他各地社区卫生服务工作均开展较为完善。各地社区卫生服务在发展过程中形成了自身特色。结论各地社区卫生服务发展不均衡,在发展过程中既形成了自身特色,又存在一定问题。社区卫生服务机构应加强人员培训,促进其健康发展。

Objective To investigate the development status of the community health service institutions in different areas of China so as to provide foundations for the government to institute further community health service policies. Methods The pink random sampling method was taken to choose forty health service institutions from five regions according to the classification criteria of economic area. Then the questionnaire, knowledge and skill test, and interview of the administrators were used to exam the institutions. Results The information management in Beijing, Jiangsu and Sichuan had been developed well. Except for Ninxia where there was no practice in nursing of paralysis patients, the community health services in the other areas were all good. The community health services in different areas had developed their own characters. Conclusion The development of the community health services in different areas is not balanced. The community health services in different areas have developed their own characters, but also have some problems. The community health service institutions should enhance the training of the service givers so as to promote the health development of the community health service. In order to enhance the development of the community health service, The community health service agency should consummate integrated care of prevention, cure, health care, rehabilitation, health education and planned parenthood, augment training of the community health service personnel, promote the community health service to develop more healthily.
