介绍了零件的冲压工艺分析,带料排样方案的选择与设计。带料在连续冲压过程中的稳定送进。并介绍了大弯曲的正确卸料方式及级进模的总装结构设计。
Introduced process analysis of the fixed clip seat, the project of layout. The belt material was feed stably in continue stamping. Introduced stripping method for the big bending, and the progressive die structure.
