乌饭树叶不同萃取物改善大鼠精神疲劳作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较不同萃取方法获得的乌饭树叶萃取物改善大鼠精神疲劳的效果。方法:将84只SD大鼠分为正常对照组(Ⅰ组)、阴性对照组(Ⅱ组)、红景天苷阳性对照组(Ⅲ组)、水萃取物组(Ⅳ组)、氯仿萃取物组(Ⅴ组)、乙酸乙酯萃取物组(Ⅵ组)及正丁醇萃取物组(Ⅶ组),每组12只,测定大鼠自发活动度、空间记忆力及负重游泳时间。结果:与阴性对照组比较,阳性对照组及各萃取物组的自发活动次数均显著增多(P<0.05),阳性对照组、水及氯仿萃取物组的空间记忆能力得到显著改善(P<0.01),阳性对照组及水萃取物组的负重游泳时间显著延长(P<0.05)。结论:乌饭树叶醇提物的水相萃取物含有较多抗精神疲劳活性成分,可显著改善大鼠精神疲劳。 Objective:To compare effects of different extracts of Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb. leaves on improvement of mental fatigue in rats. Methods: Eighty - four SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups( n = 12) : control group( Ⅰ), negative control group( Ⅱ ), rhodioside positive control group( Ⅲ ), water extract group( Ⅳ ), chloroform extract group( Ⅴ ), acetoacetate extract group( Ⅵ ) and n-butanol extract group( Ⅶ ). Spontaneous movement, Morris water maze and loading swimming time were measured. Results:Compared with negative control group, frequency of spontaneous movement in all the dissolvent extract and positive control groups were significantly improved( P 〈 0.05), while the spatial reference memory improvement was only observed in positive control, aqua and chloroform extract groups(P〈0.01). At the same time, loading swimming time in positive control and aqua extract groups was prolonged. (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Aqua extract of VLE can significantly relieve mental fatigue of rats, which may contain ,some active parts for anti - mental fatigue.
