种植窗期人子宫内膜LIF及整合素ανβ_3的表达及其与胚胎种植成功率的关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨白血病抑制因子(LIF)与整合素ανβ3(Integrinανβ3)在子宫内膜的表达及其与人胚胎种植的关系。方法对42例拟行体外授精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妇女在IVF-ET前1周期采用免疫组化SP法和组织学积分H-score法对LIF和整合素ανβ3在种植窗期子宫内膜中的表达进行定位和半定量分析。按IVF-ET后是否妊娠将42例不孕患者分为2组:妊娠组和非妊娠组。结果种植窗期LIF和整合素ανβ3免疫组化H-score积分妊娠组分别为1.58±0.41和1.67±0.18,与非妊娠组(1.32±0.32和1.39±0.26)相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论种植窗期子宫内膜LIF和整合素ανβ3的表达减弱,会降低IVF-ET周期中胚胎种植的成功率。种植窗期子宫内膜LIF和整合素ανβ3的表达强弱可作为预测IVF-ET是否成功的指标之一。
