摘要
在专科院校升格为本科院校的转型时期,如何保证教学质量是一个很重要的问题。本文试图通过探讨"高校教师对学生的心理关怀与教学效果"之间的关系,来寻求一条提高教学质量的有效途径。
During the period of transfering from junior college to university, the most important thing is to ensure good teaching quality. This article suggests an effective method to improve the teaching quality by providing phychological care for students.
