我国生物质能产业发展战略的思考

Strategic thinking about the development of the biomass-energy industry in China

我国生物质能的发展战略目前总体上定位于对化石能源的替代，但我国国情有别于发达国家，解决农村能源需求的传统生物质能占我国能源总消费的第三位。文章提出，生物质能产业发展应分两步走，初期实施替代传统生物质能的战略，远期实施化石能源的替代战略。

At present, the development strategy for biomass-energy in China mainly aims at the substitution for fossil energy sources. However, due to the different national conditions between China and developed countries, the traditional biomass-energy which is used to meet the needs of country energy consumption ranks the third in total energy consumption of China. The development of biomass-energy industry should be realized in two stages-in the early period, implementing the strategy for substituting for traditional bio-energy and in the long term, for fossil energy sources.
