摘要
针对煤矸石、粉煤灰等占用大量的耕地并对矿区生态环境造成的污染问题,在对阜新地区煤矸石、粉煤灰进行基本性质检测的基础上,将煤矸石破碎级配后作集料,粉煤灰作填料,钢纤维作增强材料与环氧树脂胶粘剂结合,成功配制出7d抗压强度57.32MPa、抗折强度15.37MPa的树脂混凝土.文中基于均匀试验设计了9组试验方案.利用SPSS软件处理试验数据建立了强度回归方程,用MATLAB技术得到树脂混凝土的最优配合比,并进行了机理分析.该项目吃"渣"大,煤矸石、粉煤灰取代天然砂石占树脂混凝土总质量85%左右,研究成果为阜新市经济转型开辟了一条新途径,对实现阜新地区资源-环境-经济共同发展具有重要意义.
Facing the problem that coal gangue and fly ash take lot of farmland and pollute the ecoenvironment of mine areas, on the basic of checking element property of coal gangue and fly ash in Fuxin, use breaking coal gangue as coarse aggregate, fly ash as fillers and steel fiber as reinforced materials all that were combined with epoxide adhesive, successfully produce resin concrete whose 7d compression strength 56. 78MPa,flexural strength 15.47MPa. We designed 9 group resin concrete specimen through uniform design, and used software SPSS to do with experiment data and establish strength regression equation, used software MATLAB to obtain optimum mix proportion. This item consumes minders a lot, and the mix quantity of coal gangue and fly ash is near to 85%, the experiment research results presents a new way for Fuxin economy and can have important meaning for Fuxin areas realizing co-development.
