摘要
准确界定高职院校教师职业专业化的内涵,调查教师职业专业化发展动态,探究教师行业素质和专业化发展内在规律,从而明确教师专业化的目标取向,提升高职院校教师专业化水平。
This article precisely defines the intension of professionalization of the teachers in higher vocational colleges, surveys the dynamic conditions of teachers' professionalization, explores teachers'professional quality and internal regulation of professionalization, and in view to improving teachers' turn clarifies the orientation of professionalization with a professional level.
