数据包络分析在评价乡镇卫生院产科相对效率中的应用

An application on DEA relative efficiency in township health center obstetrics department

目的:为进一步提高乡镇卫生院产科资源利用效率,促进产科质量改善提供依据。方法:通过发放信函问卷的方式收集24家提供接产服务的乡镇卫生院产科的基本信息和投入产出相关资料,采用数据包络分析方法,选用C2R模型进行分析。结果:DEA有效单元10个,其余单元存在不同程度的产出不足现象。结论:应从整体上优化各决策单元资源投入结构,改善人力、物力和财力资源的综合利用效率。

Objectives ： To provide suggestions for improvement of efficiency for resource utilization and quality of health service. Methods： Data collection on basic information, input and output data of 24 decision-making units which was conducted by mail survey, data analyzes was employed data envelopment analysis （DEA） method with C2R model. Results： There are 10 units effective in DEA while others have some problems on insufficient output in some degree. Conclusion： It should be pay more attention to structure of input and integrative utilization efficiency on human resource, material, and financial resource.
