摘要
采用世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)和国际健康行动机构(Health Action Internation-al,HAI)发展的标准调查方法[1]对上海市药品价格可负担性进行调查,选择上海市场上销售的41种药品,调查其价格水平。选择了6种常见病,按照WHO标准治疗指南,以2006年上海市人均最低工资线750元(日均25元)为标准计算上海药品治疗费用的消费者可负担性,同时比较了患者使用品牌药与等效仿制药品的费用可负担性。
The study design was based on the standard methodology which was developed by the World Health Organization and Health Action International. Data was collected from a total of 30 public sector facilities and 20 retail pharmacies in Shanghai four districts. The affordability of treatment was calculated for pre -selected condi- tions identified in the WHO/HAI manual by comparing the total cost of medicines prescribed at a standard dose, to the daily wage of the lowest paid unskilled worker （ 25 RMB yuan）. The treatment cost was calculated using the price data which collected at the facilities.
