硬膜外穿刺针外套管在腹腔镜鞘突管高位结扎术治疗交通性鞘膜积液中的应用

The application of outer thimble protection casing of epidural anesthesia needle on communicating hydrocele by laparoscopic high ligation of processus vaginal

目的:探讨腹腔镜硬膜外穿刺针外套管应用于交通性鞘膜积液腹腔镜鞘突管高位结扎术中的价值。方法:2003年6月～2008年1月我院为88例交通性鞘膜积液患者应用硬膜外穿刺针外套管实施腹腔镜鞘突管高位结扎术。结果:88例手术均获成功,手术时间单侧(76例)8～10min,双侧(12例)16～20min;术后未见阴囊水肿及睾丸疼痛及缺血坏死。术后随访2～36个月,无复发。结论:硬膜外穿刺针外套管用于交通性鞘膜积液腹腔镜鞘突管高位结扎术安全、简便、经济,适于在基层医院推广。

Objective ：To explore the clinical value and feasibility of outer thimble protection casing of epidural anesthesia needle for communicating hydlrocele by laparoscopic high ligation of processus vaginal. Methods： Eighty-eight cases were completed suceessfully by this way from June 2003 to January 2008. The laparoscopic operation was successful in all cases. Results ： The clinical data was analyzed retrospectively. The operative time was 8-10 min for unilateral of 76 cases and 16-20min for bilateral of 12 cases. The patients were followed-up from 2 to 6 months for42 cases,6 to 12 months for 21 cases,12 to 24 months for 13 cases and 24 to 36 months for 12 cases. There is no scrotum edema, spermary ache or avascular necrosis in all cases. Conclusions： It is safe convenient and economical for the use of outer thimble protection casing of epidural anesthesia needle for communicating hydrocele by laparoscopic high ligation of processus vaginal, and suitable to extend in primary level hospitals.
