摘要 介绍了三氯杀螨醇提纯工艺研究现状,选择了将重结晶和溶剂萃取相结合的优化方法,所得合格三氯杀螨醇原药含量达到90%,其中的DDT相关杂质含量≤0.5%;单批回收率较溶剂萃取法提高25%以上,溶剂和能耗明显降低,产品质量达到新国标要求。 The present status of the purification of dicofol was introduced. A new recrystallzation-extranon method was developed and the dicofol quality were as followed: the content of active ingredient≥90 %, the content of DDT related impurities≤0.5 %. Batch recovery of solvent was more than 25 % which was higher than that of selective solvent extraction, consumption of both solvents and energy was lowered notably. The product quality was meet national standard.
