摘要
介绍蚕蛹油的提取方法,并对石油醚提取与超临界CO2萃取进行比较,结果表明,超临界CO2萃取效果与传统溶剂萃取相当,但蚕蛹油品质高于溶剂萃取所得蚕蛹油。
The extraction methods of silkworm-pupa oil were introduced. Supercritical CO2 extraction method and traditional solvent extraction method was compared. The results showed that the quality of silkworm-pupa oil by supercritical CO-2 method was better.
