摘要
制备了一种大孔交联的强酸型离子交换树脂,并将其负载上不同含量的银离子,制备成吸附醋酸中碘离子的吸附剂。该吸附剂的除碘能力随着液时空速的升高而降低,液时空速越高降低得越明显。树脂载银量的提高对提高除碘能力有促进作用,尤其是在载银量较低时效果更明显。该吸附剂在30℃时除碘效果最好,温度升高会造成除碘能力逐渐下降。
A Strong acid cross-linked ion-exchange resin was prepared. Different content of silver ion was exchanged into the resin to adsorb the iodine ion in the acetic acid. The capacity of the adsorbent lowers with the elevation of LHSV, especially when the LHSV is higher. Increasing silver loading help to improve the iodine ion removal performance, and the trend is more evident when the silver loading is low. The removing effect of the adsorbent is best when the temperature is 30℃, and it will decrease when the temperature increase.
