摘要
以D-樟脑-10-磺酸与西布曲明作为起始原料。用D-樟脑-10-磺酸拆分西布曲明。西布曲明与D-樟脑-10-磺酸在乙酸乙酯中成盐后,得到非对映异构体盐,通过红外,核磁对中间产物进行表征,证实中间产物为未见报道化合物。纯化后用饱和Na_2CO_3溶液处理,用乙醚溶解,旋转蒸发之后得到左旋西布曲明。拆分收率23.6%。
D-camphor-10-Sulfonic acid and was used as the initial material to resolute sibutrmine. The diastereomer salt was formed by reacting D-camphor-10-Sulfonic with sibutramine in the ethyl acetate. The salt was purified and then disposed by saturation of Na2CO3. Then product was obtained by vaporizing. And resolution yield was 23.6%. The diastereomer salt structure was confirmed through IR, ^1HMNlL.
