摘要
目的观察车前子多糖(PSP)主要药效学以外的药理作用。方法观察用药后小鼠自主活动行为能力,家猫呼吸频率、呼吸深度和血压、心率的变化情况。结果PSP用药前后多项指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论在药物正常剂量范围内,PSP对神经系统、呼吸系统和心血管系统是安全的。
Objective To observe the general pharmacology of polysaccharides from semen plantaginis （PSP） except the main phamacodynamics. Methods The activity of freedom movement in mice was observed. The frequency and depth of respiration, bloed pressure and heart rate in cats were measured. Results There is no obvious difference in ninny indices before and after PSP administration（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion PSP is safe for nervous system, respiratory system and cardiovascular system within pharmacological dosage.
