摘要
选择体重15~21kg的健康家兔24只(雌、雄各半),随机分为A、B和对照组,采用美国产Bio-Rad700型高压液相色谱仪及其附属系统,测定家兔骨骼肌中的能量物质(ATP、ADP和AMP)。结果发现:振动负荷60天时,骨骼肌中ATP减少,A组、B组与对照组相比较分别减少41%和139%,B组较A组减少幅度较大;ADP和AMP含量增加,ADP分别增加96%和173%,AMP分别增加13%和129%,且B组增加有显著性差异。说明振动负荷对机体骨骼肌正常的能量代谢有影响。
Rabbits were randomly separated into A and B and control groups. Emergy materials(ATP、ADP and AMP) content in skeletal muscle of rabbits exposed to vibration were measured with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at 60 days. This result showed emergy materials in skeletal muscle have changed. ATP decresaed, ADP and AMP increased. Therefore, the result indicated that there were effects vibrational loading on emergy materials metabolism in skeletal muscle.
