摘要
本实验拟观察电针频率对电针抑制大鼠脊髓背角广动力神经元的伤害性放电反应是否有影响。实验采用一侧后肢足底给伤害性刺激,诱发广动力神经元伤害放电,于同侧脊髓背角以细胞外记录方式记录诱发放电,于双侧足三里、三阴交穴位施加不同频率的电针刺激(100Hz或15Hz,3mA,03ms,30min),观察结果表明,100Hz电针对广动力神经元伤害性放电的抑制作用明显强于15Hz电针的作用(P<001),提示电针的镇痛作用受电针频率的影响。此结果不仅为临床上不同频率电针有不同的疗效提供了理论依据,而且为临床应用中最佳电针频率的选择提供了理论指导。
Previous studies had found that electroacupuncture (EA) could inhibite the nociceptive discharges of rat spinal wide dynamicrange neurons. In this study, we wanted to see whether the frqueney of EA-stimulus could affect the inhibitory effect of EA. The nociceptive discharges were elicited by the noxious electrical stimulation given at one of the hind paws and were recorded with extracellular recording technique from the same-side of spinal dorsal horn. EA (100Hz or 15Hz,3mA, 0 3ms,30min) was given at the acupoints of zusanli and sanyinjiao of both sides of the hind leg. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of 100Hz EA on nociceptive discharges was significantly bigger than that of 15Hz EA (P<0 01). It suggested that the frequency of EA-stimulus could affect the antinociceptive effect of EA There results could not only explain different frequency EAs produce different curative effects but also point out the advantage of selecting the best frequency of EA for clinical use.
