Analysis of Analysis on Harmonious Relationship between Humanity and Nature Based on the Differences between Chinese Culture and Western Culture

人类对于自然所抱有的亲和与对抗态度的不同,在某种程度上道出了中西文化差异的根源所在。然而随着全球化进程的加剧,如何确立人与自然的正确关系已经成为面对生态危机最为迫切的问题,重建复兴中华传统文化之精髓"天人合一"的理论是改善和缓解人与自然关系的合理途径。

The difference between Chinese culture and western culture lies, to some extent, in the fact that they hold different kind of attitudes and resistance toward nature. However, with the increasing globalization, establishment of a proper relationship between humanity and nature is becoming the most crucial problem in a time of ecological crisis. This paper proposes that the renewal of Chinese traditional culture ＂union of heaven and humanity＂ is an effective way in which human kind is able to improve its relationship with nature.
