对21世纪中国与东盟关系的思考

Thoughts about Sino-ASEAN Relationship in the 21st Century

中国同东盟的关系历来是中国对外关系中的重要组成部分。冷战结束以来,尤其是进入21世纪后,随着国际形式的变化和发展,中国与东盟的关系较之以前更加密切。文章以近些年中国政府提出的"和平崛起"战略为契机,试就中国与东盟关系在中国和平崛起进程中的作用与影响,以及中国应采取何种策略做一些思考。

Sino-ASEAN relationship has been an important component in China＇s foreign policies so long. After the Cold War especially faeing the 21st century, the relationship between China and ASEAN became closer than before with the changing and developing of the international situation. The paper gives some thoughts about the function and influence of Sino - ASEAN relationship during the process of China＇s peaceful rise and what policies China should take.
