非酒精性脂肪性肝病的无创性诊断方法及检测系统的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是目前最常见的慢性肝脏疾病之一,其发病率正在快速增长,已累及约30%的成人和10%的儿童。其病变范畴包括从良性进展的脂肪肝到非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)等改变,而后者可能导致肝硬化以及其他严重的肝脏病变。目前已有的非创伤性检测方法在精确性及可靠性上仍有欠缺。因此,肝活检仍是目前公认的诊断非酒精性脂肪性肝病和早期发现肝硬化最可靠的方法。
