摘要
基于员工满意度的评价指标,结合模糊评价模型的特点,提出利用三角模糊数和区间统计法对权重进行修正,充分体现调查信息,从而改进了模型.并通过一个对员工满意度评价的实例对模型加以应用,说明了模型的全面性和实用性.
Based on the index of employee evaluation degree, combining with the characters of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, this article proposes the triangle fuzzy number and the interval statistics weights to correct the index weight, so the model is improved. Through an example of the evaluation of employee satisfaction degree,the method is applied, from which we can see that the model is comprehensive and valid.
