摘要
在当下的中国,性别歧视在就业领域已经相当严重,然而这种现象仍然没有引起立法者以及研究反就业歧视法的学者的重视。知识分子、女性自身以及社会对女性问题的认识,以及中国女性团体的实际情况与我国的就业性别歧视有很深的勾连,需要女性自身更多的反省和警惕。
Employment discrimination is a very serious problem in present china, but it doesn' t attract enough attention of legislators and researchers. Intellectuals, women themselves and social opinions about women have close connections with our employment discrimination. It requires for women' s self-awareness and alert.
