苏中经济较发达地区农村养老保险的实践与探索——基于江苏省如皋市农村养老保险的经验分析

The Old-Age Insurance’s Practice in the Countryside of the Relatively Developed Central Jiangsu Province——Take Rugao, Jiangsu Province as the Example

江苏省如皋市是一个工业相对发达、位于长江三角洲地区的县级市, 属苏中经济较发达地区。为贯彻国家提出的建立社会主义新农村及建立城乡统筹的农村社会养老保险制度, 该市进行了一些有益探索。本次调研旨在了解如皋市如何推行农村养老保险, 尤其对如皋市新型农村养老保险的一些做法,进行了介绍、分析, 以期得出一些经验和启示。

Rugao, located in the Yangtse Delta area is a city where industry is relatively developed, and lies in the developed area of JiangSu. In order to establish new socialist countryside and old-age insurance system, including population of the city and countryside as well, this city has carried on some beneficial explorations. This investigation and study are for the purpose of understanding how Rugao carries out the old-age insurance in the countryside, especially some procedures of new old-age insurance in the countryside of Rugao. We want to obtain some experiences and the enlightenment.
