The Function Dissimilation and Reconstruction of China’s Rural Cooperative Finance

在当前我国农村金融体系已经不能满足农村经济发展需求, 农村建设资金供求缺口逐年扩大的背景下, 大力发展合作金融成为当务之急。事实证明通过强制性的农村信用社制度改革来满足农村合作金融需求可行性不高, 因此必须打破原有的农村合作金融体系, 因地制宜地发展新型农村合作金融机构。

The current development of our rural financial system does not meet the requirement of the rural economic development and the gap between supply and demand of the Construction Fund in rural areas is enlarging year by year. In this background, it has been urgent to develop the rural cooperative finance. The facts show that the compulsory system reform of rural credit cooperatives is unfeasible; therefore, it is necessary to break up the old system of rural cooperative finance and develop the new cooperative financial institutions according to local conditions.
