The Administrative Ethics of Confucianism and Chinese Administrative System Reform

以孔子、孟子等为代表的儒家行政思想在我国具有深远的影响, 也是当今许多行政体制中存在问题的深层次文化根源。这些问题在我国进行行政体制改革中对完善行政体制、政府职能转变和干部队伍素质的提高等方面产生负面的影响。儒家思想中也有如重视领导者的素质、尚贤使能等许多有益的成分, 是我们应该继承和发展的。

Confucianism is represented by Confucius and Mencius; their idea has far-reaching influence on the administrative ethics of Chinese. At present, there are some problems consist in Chinese administrative system, which are related to Confucianism. Confucianism is the cultural foundation of administrative problems. But diathesis of leader and Wisdom polities should be succeeded.
