本文研究了法学理论中的一个根本性问题。从自然法视角出发, 财产权是一种自然权利; 从社会学视角出发, 财产权是一种社会权利。财产权的自然权利和社会权利双重属性并不是矛盾的, 而是内在和谐的。

This article explores one basic issue of jurisprudence. Based on Natural Law theory, Property Right is a natural right. From the aspect of sociology, Property Right is a societal right. Property right is both natural fight and societal right. They are in harmony, rather than in conflict.
