Education of professional development and moral education play very important roles in college students＇ employment and development of future career. The combination of these two factors is deposited in cultivation and improvement of college students＇ all-round qualities. So it is a necessity to have a scientific understanding towards the relationship between these two factors and to find out effective approaches to combine these two factors scientifically and practically. In that way, talents with all-round qualities, who meet the needs of social development, can be really fostered and cultivated.
