新疆众安医院和平路社区卫生服务工作现况调查

The Health Service Status Survey of Road Peaceful Community in Xinjiang Zhong'an Hospita

[目的]探讨开展社区卫生服务过程中存在的问题和今后的发展前景。[方法]2005年7月,对乌鲁木齐市众安医院和平路社区卫生服务中心开展预防、保健、健康教育、医疗、康复、计划生育技术指导等社区卫生服务工作情况进行调查。[结果]2006年至2007年6月累计,众安医院和平路社区居民健康档案家庭建档率为30.03%,个人建档率为16.90%,65岁以上老年人建档率为14.30%,残疾人建档率为8.27%;2005年至2007年上半年累计,举办保健健康医苑8期40 000份,发放健康教育手册4种17 000册,发放健康教育处方28种302 500份,发放传染病科普知识传单8 825份;举办健康知识讲座128次,有17 120人次听讲;开展健康咨询活动98次,有10 128人次咨询;2006年至2007年上半年合计,对2 137例慢性病患者进行全程管理,对社区精神病病人提供心理健康指导60人次,对残疾人进行康复指导61人、255次;对237名新生儿1、048名婴幼儿及学龄前儿童进行保健,完成入托体检340人,完成一类疫苗接种2 046人次、二类疫苗接种1 168人次,开展孕产期保健宣传33次、485人,查环查孕1 095人,孕期技术指导1 652人次,发放避孕药具596具;对731名老年人进行老年保健服务。[结论]众安医院和平路社区卫生服务中心的工作已取得一定成效,但一定角度上难以完全满足居民的健康需求,亟待继续探索发展之路。

[Objective]To explore the problems and future prospects during the development of community health services. [Methods]In July 2005,investigating the Wulumuqi City Zhong＇an Hospital Road peaceful community centre for preventive health services, health care, health education, medical care, rehabilitation, family planning and other technical guidance for the work of community health services. [Results]Accumulated from 2006 to the June of 2007 ,Zhong＇an Hospital Road peaceful Community residents health files,Family Files rate was 30.03 % ,Personal Files rate was 16.90% ,65-year- old or older Files rate was 14.30%, disability people Files rate was 8.27%;2005-2007 first half, the accumulated total Health care medical Court held eight of 40 000 and Paid health education manual four kinds 17 000 booklets,Paid health education prescription 28 kinds 302 500 booklets,Popular Science knowledge of infectious diseases issuing leaflets 8 825, organizing health knowledge lectures 128,17 120 passengers lectures;Carry out health advisory activities 98,10 128 passengers advice;2006-2007 first half together,2 137 cases of the whole management of patients with chronic diseases patients,Psychiatric patients to the community mental health guidance of 60 passengers,Guidance on the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities 61 255 times;on 237 newborns, 1 048 infants and preschool children for health, Enrolment complete physical examination 340, Completed a vaccination 2 046, Second-class passengers vaccination 1 168, In maternal health promotion 33 485, check 1 095 Central investigations pregnant, pregnancy technical guidance for 1 652, Issuing contraceptives 596 731 of the elderly health services for the elderly. [Conclusion]Zhong＇an Hospital Road peaceful Community Health Service Center＇s work has achieved some degree of success,But certain angle it is difficult to fully meet the health needs of residents Need to continue to explore the road of development.
