某制灯企业扩建项目职业病危害预评价 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]识别、分析某制灯企业扩建项目可能存在的职业病危害因素,预测该项目可能造成的职业病危害类别及程度,论证该项目可行性研究报告中职业病危害防护措施的可行性。[方法]通过工程分析,确定评价单元、筛选重点评价因子,用类比法和定量分级法进行分析和评价。[结果]该项目职业病危害因素确定为评价因子的是汞、乙酸丁酯、噪声和高温。经类比和定量分级分析,预计项目投产后工作场所职业病危害因素浓度或强度基本符合国家职业卫生标准要求,职业病危害预防措施基本合理。[结论]该扩建项目投产后汞、乙酸丁酯危害可以控制到0级(安全作业),噪声危害可以控制到0级(安全作业)至Ⅰ级(轻度危害),高温作业级别为Ⅲ。 [Objective]To analyze occupational hazards of an extending project in certain lamp enterprise, predict the classification and level of occupational risks and demonstrate the feasibility of prevention measures of occupational risksmentioned in the feasible report. [Methods]Analysis and evaluation was carried out with similar assessment methods and quantitative assessment methods by analyzing engineering and convincing evaluation unit and sifting evaluation factor. [Resuits] Evaluation factors on occupational hazards, namely, mercury, butyl acetate, noise, high temperature, were determined. The density or intensity of occupational hazards existed in the workplace coincided with the National standards, and prevention measures of occupational risks were reasonable. [Conclusion]The hazardous level of mercury or butyl acetate could be controlled to zero grade (safety work) ; The hazardous level of noise could be controlled from zero grade (safety work)to Ⅰ grade (little hazard work); The hazardous level of high temperature was Ⅲ.
