摘要
[目的]对高碘地区儿童食用合格碘盐后出现的生理及智力变化进行分析。[方法]在夏津县选择高碘地区水样测定水碘,选择部分儿童测定尿碘、甲状腺肿大情况、以及智商等。[结果]水碘在200μg/L以下村庄8~10岁儿童食用碘盐可以提高智商,水碘在200μg/L以上村庄儿童,食碘盐一年时甲状腺肿大率比食碘盐前增加12.67%。[结论]水碘在200μg/L以上的村庄儿童不宜食用碘盐。
[Objective]Physiological and intelligence change of the children from iodine rich area after consumption of qualified iodized salt were analyzed. [Methods]The content of iodine in water samples collected from iodine rich area was tested, the content of iodine in urine, thyroid enlargement and IQ were tested among children. [Results]Intelligence quotient(I,Q) can be raised after consumption of qualified iodized salt by the children aged from 8 to 12 years in the villages where the content of iodine in drinking water was under 200 μg/L . The prevalence of thyroid enlargement increased 12.67% in the children after consumption of qualified iodized salt 1 year later in the village where the content of iodine in drinking water was over 200 μg/L. [Conclusion]Children living in the villages where the content of iodine in drinking water was over 200 μg/L were not suggested to consume iodized salt.
