摘要 [目的]建立快速测定米类、豆类、面类及其他类食品中氟含量的方法。[方法]采用超声波技术浸提样品,用氟离子选择电极,以标准曲线法快速测定样品中的氟含量。[结果]本方法线性范围为0.05~8.00mg/L,RSD〈5.0%,加标回收率为95.8%~101.7%。(25℃时)检出下限0.02mg/L。[结论]方法快速简单、实用性强,利于普及推广。适合于食品中批量样品测定。 [Objective]To establish a fast method to determine the content of micro-fluorine in rice, bean and wheat flour. [Methods]The samples were lixiviated by ultrasonic wave, the content of micro-fluoride was fast determined with fluoride ion selective electrode method and standard curve. [Results]The linear rage of the method was 0.05-8.0 mg/L, (25 ℃),and lower limit was 0.02 mg/L. The relative standard deviation was under 5.0%. The rate of recovery was 95.8 % - 101.7 %. [Conclusion]The method is accurate, sensitive and easy, fit in determining batches of food samples.
