出口鳗鱼中溴氰菊酯残留量的气相色谱分析

Determination of Deltamethrin Residues in Exporting Eel by GC

建立了出口鳗鱼中溴氰菊酯残留量的气相色谱检测方法。样品经乙腈提取、弗罗里硅土柱净化后,经气相色谱分离,ECD检测器检测。样品在0.002～0.010mg/kg范围内添加,平均回收率在79.2%～85.9%之间,变异系数在4.2%～5.8%之间。以S/N=3计算,方法检出限为2.0μg/kg。结果表明,该法简便、灵敏、准确,适用于出口鳗鱼中溴氰菊酯残留量的分析。

A novel method was developed for the determination of deltamethrin residues in exporting eel by GC. Samples were extracted by acetonilrile, purified by a column filled with Florisil, and analyzed with GC. At the linear range of 0.002-0.010 mg/kg, recoveries ranged from 79.2% to 85.9%, and the coefficients of variation were between 4.2% and 5.8%. The detection limit was 2.0 μg/kg（S/N=3）. This method was simple, sensitive and precise, suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of deltamethrin residues in exporting eel.
