反相乳液法制备阳离子共聚物絮凝剂PDA 被引量:4

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)、阳离子单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,用反相乳液聚合法合成了AM/DMDAAC阳离子共聚物PDA,通过正交试验确定了最佳反应条件:单体浓度为30%,单体摩尔比(nAM∶nDM)为1∶1,引发剂加量为单体总质量的1·0%,油水体积比为2∶2,反应时间为3h。同时研究了乳化剂种类、HLB值和加量对体系稳定性的影响。 Cationiccopolymeracrylamide-dimethyldiallylammoniumchloride\was synthesized from acrylamide(AM) and dimethyldiallylammoniumchloride (DMDAAC) by inverse phase emulsion polymerization.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment,it included monomer concentration was 30%,monomer ration(AM)∶(DMDAAC)=1∶1, mass ratio of initiator to monomer was 1.0%,oil/ water=2∶2,and reaction time was 3h.Meanwhile, the influence of the type of emulsifiers, HLB and mass ratio of emulsifiers on the stability of the system are studied.
