摘要
C7632液压多刀车床是机械行业拥有量较多的一种半自动机床。由于它采用继电器矩阵控制,所用元件复杂,导致故障率高,而且控制系统难以随生产产品的改变而相应变化。通过分析该型车床的硬件结构、刀架动作过程,再结合日本欧姆龙公司(OMRON)C28P型机的功能,提出一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的车床控制系统改进方法。改造后的控制系统能自动控制车床,并在控制性能、组机周期和硬件成本等方面表现出综合优势。
Multi-cutter hydraulic pressure lathe C7632 was a common semiautomatic lathe used in the machinery industry.It adopts the diode matrix sequence control device, which is a complicated device and leads the system in system faults.And it's difficult for the control system to be changed with products.An improved scheme for the lathe control system based on programmable logic controller was presented on the basis of analyzing the structure of the lathe C7632,the process of knife rest running and the function of C28P.The rebuilt system improves the control performance, the cycle of assembling machines and the cost of hardware.
