摘要
提出了类几何压力系数的新概念,导出了类几何压力系数及齿面承载能力增大率的计算公式。通过对计算公式和计算数据的分析,可以定性和定量地对同一对齿廓上不同啮合点处的齿面接触应力以及在标准中心距相同情况下对取不同设计参数的齿轮传动的接触强度进行分析比较。提出的类几何压力系数的功用已涵盖原有的几何压力系数,可取代原有的几何压力系数作为评价和比较齿面承载能力的指标。
A new concept for the similar geometric pressure coefficient was proposed in this paper.The formulas to calculate similar geometric pressure coefficient and the accretion rate of the ability of tooth surface for bearing load were educed.The contact stress of different meshing positions of a pair of tooth and the pitch point of the gearing with different design parameters can be compared by analyzing the formulas and calculation dates.The proposed similar geometric pressure coefficient treats the intrinsic geometric pressure coefficient as a special case and can replace the latter to become the index to estimate the ability of tooth surface for bearing load more accurately.
