摘要
以高锑铅合金作为板栅材料的矿灯电池,存在正极易腐蚀、负极自放电、析氢量大、耗水量大的现象。研究证明,当合金中锑含量在2%左右时,合金寿命、性能最优。将低锑合金及板栅压力铸造技术应用于铅酸蓄电池矿灯的生产,将大幅提高矿灯的循环寿命及其少维护、免维护性能。
Miner' s lamp batteries using high - antimony lead alloy as the grid are easy to corrosion, catnode self - discharge, large evolution of hydrogen and waste of water. Research shows that the alloy' s life is optimal when antimony is about 2 percent. Low antimony alloy and die casting process are used in the production of lead -acid batteries miner' s lamp will increase the cycle life of batteries, lessen maintenance and keep the maintenance - free function.
