论我国企业年金内生性风险防范的政策选择

On Options of Endogenous Risk Prevention Policy of Enterprise Annuity in China

企业年金是现代多支柱养老保障体系中的重要支柱之一,是对基本养老保险制度的重要补充。分析了我国企业年金市场启动后相关企业年金制度的风险防范政策的现状,并通过解读国外在企业年金风险防范中的一些做法,借鉴其经验,对完善我国企业年金制度的风险防范体系提出了科学合理的政策建议。

Enterprise annuity is one of the important part in the modern multi - level old - age support security system and the important supplementary part for the basic old -age pension system. Based on the analysis of the current prevention policy in the enterprises in China and research what has been done in the enterprises in some foreign countries, this paper proposes some policy suggestions on the risk prevention of enterprise annuity for the enterprises in China.
