骨形态生成蛋白信号传导与肺脏关系的研究进展 被引量:2

Progress of relationship between signal transduction of bone morphogenetic protein and lung

摘要 骨形态生成蛋白(BMP)是一种具有广泛生物学活性的多功能细胞因子,其信号传导主要通过丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶受体和Smads蛋白实现。近年发现BMP不仅是多功能的分泌蛋白,更是脊椎动物发育的关键信号分子。BMP信号通路参与调控胚胎肺发育,并与多种肺疾患如原发性及缺氧性肺动脉高压、肺纤维化、支气管肺发育不良以及肺癌等密切相关。BMP信号传导与肺脏关系是近年来研究的新热点,该文简要介绍BMP信号传导机制,并初步探讨BMP信号通路在胎肺发育和部分肺疾患中的作用。
