The anchorage of Nephrin
摘要
足细胞裂孔隔膜在肾小球滤过中起着重要作用，由NPHS1基因编码的Nephrin为裂孔隔膜拉链样结构的主要组成成分，它存足细胞中的锚定牵涉Nck衔接蛋白、NEPH1、CD2AP、podocin、CASK等众多蛋白质分子的参与，其锚定机制的明确有利于对蛋白尿成因更深层次的理解，能为肾脏疾病的临床防治开辟更加广阔的空间。
